• Manage the 24/7 operational team to achieve productivity and cost targets. This includes monitoring daily operational performance, manpower planning / management and customer service standards within our network. • Attend and handle major incidents and disruptions on site. • Ensure 24/7 business continuity of the business operations, anticipate exceptions and introduce effective solutions to mitigate disruptions. • Identifying business gaps and develop operational processes and practices to improve business efficiency and productivity and ensure continuity of the effort to implement improvements to the business. • Partner with cross functional support teams to improve business processes. • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for submission to the management.
